The city and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has sanctioned the first land pooling and reconstitution town planning scheme (TPS 1) under the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA) which includes a total of 224 villages.

Under the scheme, the CIDCO will provide all common infrastruture and the owner need not have to provide for social and open amenity spaces. CIDCO is inclined to make houses for the economically weaker section as well.

NAINA includes a total of 224 villages as per the inception guidelines by the town planning body CIDCO. In the 1sr phase, 23 villages are adopted around NMIA (Navi MumbaiInternational Airport) for development which spread across 30 hectares.

After sanction of development plan of 23 villages in April 2017, Cidco evisaged three Town Planning (TP) shemes admeasuring total 653 hectares in NAINA.

TPS 1 includes reservation for school, multi purpose playground, gardens, etc. which will be a part of the infrastructure development. The work on the 1st TPs (TPS-1) work had been initiated. On June 14, the Bhumi Pujan of the roads was done which was attended by dignataries. It was inaugrated by Ex MP- Ramsheth Thakur, CIDCO President and MLA Prashant Thakur, NAINA Chief Planner-Venugopal, Associate Planner for Naina- Bhushan Chaudhri and others.

TPS 1 is situated at Akruli in Panvel next to BALAJI SYMPHONY (Vishesh Group) Projet which also holds about 70% of the TPS 1 land parcel.
